Warm Up: Discover
We start where every good training block starts: understanding where you are and where you need to go. I dig into your brand, your audience, and the moment you need to show up for.
Train:
Design & Develop
This is the work: concepting, iterating, building the visual language. Like any good training cycle, it's not linear: we test, adjust, push where it's working, and pull back where it isn't. I lead when you need direction, and step back when you need room to explore.
Race Day:
Launch
The moment it goes live: packaging on shelf, campaign in market, brand out in the world. Everything up to this point has been building toward this. I stay close through launch to make sure the execution holds up under real conditions, not just in the deck.
Cool Down: Reflect & Support
The work isn't done the moment it launches. We look at what landed, what didn't, and where the brand goes next, the same way a coach debriefs a race before planning the next one. Post-race approach is part of the training, muscles don’t get stronger without proper time to rest and recover.
